o Drafting and giving of opinions prior to entering Business Contracts.

o Dealing with Banks & Stock Broking Firms on various matters of the Company(Due Diligence Reports, KYC updations,FATCA etc.)

o Documentation for consent under Air and Water Pollution Laws.
o Documentation for the purpose of Industry Subsidies under M.P Industrial policy.
o Coordinated with lawyers in the legal matters such as under Negotiable Instrument Act, Recovery Matters ,Winding up matters .
4. Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI):
o Liasoning with Merchant Bankers for Initial Public Offer.
o Compliance of Listing Agreement and SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 with respect to Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly compliances with Stock Exchange.
o Duly Handled Investor Grievances.
