I am running tuition classes at my home for last three years, At present I have four students, I take extra classes without any charge if a student is not doing well, I don't believe in punishment because it makes students lose their interest in studies, I emphasize on writing, and make students write question answers themselves after finishing a chapter, I do check their notebooks. I believe that this process helps in two ways -1. It helps students in building up their writing skills 2. I also understand through their notebooks that how well have I explained things to them.

As far as my work experience goes I served three organizations as HR, my last designation was manager HR, left job to take care of my kids. Now they are grown up enough to understand that I must work. So started teaching. I am a graduate in physics from Ranchi university, 1997-2000 batch. I make my students work hard.
