Methodology
To encourage students in the field of sports and introduce to the whole of martial arts like self defense, fitness, combating etc. I start my class with warm-up, followed by strength training exercises continued with techniques and combinations , sparring and ending with cool down.
Taekwondo ( Korean Martial Art) I would like to introduce Taekwondo, an ancient Korean Martial Art and a free fighting combat sport in which an individual uses his or her bare hand and feet to repel. Students train their mind, body and spirit as they immerse themselves into the traditional tenets of Taekwondo and the art.
Self discipline, a calm disposition, a never say die attitude, humility, respect, focus and concentration are some aspects of character development students experience as they train in the art. Good health and personal fitness through strength and endurance training improving cardio -vascular fitness and stamina, improved skills and reflexes are some of the benefits students derive as they train in self defence, competitive sport and the traditional forms.
