Mutual understanding is the basic matter between a teacher and a student. I would take care of that too. This is a crucial period for a student as he/she enters in adolescence period. This would be also take care of. I have taught many students before as per my interest. I don't take students casually and not only for education purpose but to build moral values and etiquette for their betterment. I am just 18 years old so i do hold a good experience of being a student as well as a teacher. I would work harder with them so they may do well in their studies. I'll try my best for them to do well in other activities too. I do not find any reason to bit students as by doing this they will only gain aggression and hatred towards their studies. I teach students not only to earn a living but for a good deed too. Always maintain a gap between student and me as limitations are beyond priorities. And this is important. Being an ICSE student I always prefer understanding and getting things after assuming rather than learning it by heart.
Learning a thing by heart could be forgotten with the passage of time but conceptual understanding is something beyond it as it helps us to recall the matter faster and keeping our basic concepts clear.
