IdentityI believe in teaching with the practical based knowledge I think just learning or mugging up the concept of the book won't lead to a complete understanding of the subjects, so I always involve real-life examples in my teaching so that the student understands the whole concept.
Moreover I will just say one more thing I have many times noticed and even some of my student who were not very good in studies have performed commendably in their exams, and that was based on the complete hard work they have put in as it is rightly said "There is no alternative to hard work" , there might be students who aren't good at studies but if they put there heart and soul with sincerity they would clear exams with flying colours.
