Korean language is highly phonetic. The way the consonant and vowels are pronounced changes drastically when full words are spoken, full sentences are spoken. Batchim or final consonant pronunciation complicates the sounds aswell. Many learners struggle with Korean pronunciations.

Korean is taught in Philippines so that their employability in Korean companies can increase. Learners do that for hobby sake too because of kpop, kdrama influence as well. There are cultural similarities as well.

There are many batchim rules. For full explanation please join my class. I'll explain one rule though, batchim + vowels will make the final consonant assilimite with the vowel itself. For example, 이것은 would be pronounced as 이거슨, 없이 will be pronounced as 업시
