Ikbal Rana is in performance advisory & training industry since 1991 when he was one of the founders of NIS Sparta. Now he is CEO of CPC where he has taken personal responsibility for Quality Assurance for all client projects. Every training design document, content, execution flow, pre-post assignments and the specific trainer has to go through his rigorous quality checks. Working behind the curtain he makes sure that every training assignment is appreciated by the HOD as well as the participants.

I am conducts select performance coaching, training & consulting assignments for top management on Leadership, Balanced Scorecard implementation, Talent retention, Execution Excellence, Negotiation, etc. He is expert of over 40 topics.

I have worked in sales function of Amul & Hindustan Lever before moving to NIIT (NIS) in 1991. Here he delivered tough sales targets and also picked up many best practices. Many other Sales Managers used to invite him to their monthly meetings to motivate their own frontline sales teams and share success tips. While being at NIIT & NIS, Ikbal Rana managed business development, employee competency enhancement, operations process design and training execution.

I have has deep insight into working of most of the industries. I have conducted training projects for Airtel, Vodafone, Astra Zeneca, Ranbaxy, ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Times of India, Max Life, Tata AIG, Nestle, HUL and over 200 other organization over the last 30 years.
