While coming to the class please bring note and a pen to begin with. 

Since this is a private class, there will be no materials or certification provided.

This is purely going to be a knowledge transfer training sessions.  Maximum 5 students in a batch.  Classes are conducted only during weekends.

This course is to coach on what is US Healthcare process.  How does the industry function? How to speak with the providers and with insurance companies in US?  How to prepare reports on daily work order? How to maintain HIPAA Compliance?  What information should not be shared with outsiders?  How to self-train while applying for job in US Healthcare domain?

I would also coach people on Non-Voice process who would be doing only report work, data analysis, how to perfom QA on the work deliverable given by AR caller and so on.
