Practicals of management is a unique course which provides hands and simulation based experience to management students to understand every aspect of business including:-

-business strategy formulation and execution for product, asset and service based industries

The entire course is divided into online guidance, structured field work, facilitated walk throughs across business processes, and online discussions, presentations and skype calls.

After successful completion of the course and clearing the assessment done to gauge understanding of concepts taught during the course, successful students will be certified.

The course is ideal for students pursuing their Management education who would want to enhance their practical knowledge on business.

He is a Management Graduate of 2001, has work experience of over fifteen years spanning various operational and strategic responsibilities at Bharti Airtel Limited and Etisalat DB Telecom Ltd. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scrum Master and Lean Champion. He holds certification in Design Thinking from MIT – Sloan School of Management.

At Bharti Airtel Limited, he has worked closely with over 10 CEOs and 4 Executive Directors handling cross-functional teams at Corporate and Regional level. In his stints across various functions, he was committed to supporting individuals and teams to innovated strategies to operationalize business goals using Design Thinking, and Lean Principles and to channelize them to adopt a systemic perspective for heightened business results.

As Head of Business Excellence –East, West and Sri Lanka. He designed and implemented a unique measurement system to monitor the rural and urban distribution effectiveness using GIS and Network Data. Today, this metric is the backbone of distribution effectiveness and enhancement at Bharti Airtel.

In his current role as Director, Business Coach at Life Skills Consultants Pvt. Ltd., he is involved training, mentoring, consulting and deploying design thinking and operational excellence methodologies across large and medium sized organizations for business transformation.

He is working with several large and medium sized organizations using customer centric design thinking approach to redefine business strategy, processes, products and service offerings. He facilitates creating long term competitiveness and internal organizational capabilities to innovate.
