Jeyhind’s career started off from a Non Voice BPO industry and then International KPO and finally landed in one of the fortune 500 companies. Being serving there for 5 years till came a time that he thought he is meant to do more, a lot more and being passionate about teaching & mentoring all the time from school days , his has started his training sessions school days. During his final year where everyone else attending the training classes vigorously, he was training the Engineering and Management students in the other colleges.

In the advent of 2009 , he joined in one of the leading placement and training consultancy side-by as a freelancer and ever since, he is on a mission to empower professionals through training and development. The main focus lies on training and development of the human resources and to keep motivated and equip them with latest knowledge of their field.

He has conducted numerous training’s, and has many years of industry experience behind him.
