If it his first session or his last session of the day you couldn't differentiate, as his energy levels will remain the same. His usp is attention to detail and makes you do all the exercises in perfect form. His constant motivation and his ability to breakdown the compound exercises to smaller chunks will help you attain whatever fitness goal you have. "
