Suggestion is based on individual's expectations, few considerations like age, physical illness you focus more in designing the workouts. "

"Mr. Kannan was my physical trainer for past 6 months. He is definitely a perfect trainer and kudos to his efforts and his way of training. Initially we had good rapo in day to day routine workouts. Hevdesigned the schedule according to our capability and he started increasing the pace day by day which made me get more interested towards the training. Apart from training he taught me basic tips on breath control and basic warmup and warmdown workouts. He is also a certified yoga teacher which is an added advantage to the students for what he is training. The best thing we can learn in his training session is that he will make use of the day to day objects whichever is available and he utilizes it for workout."
