Based on my experience with Joshy, he's a very good personal trainer who understands his clients needs and passively pushes them to reach their targets. Joshy provides clear diet instructions and tracks them everyday to ensure I'm sticking to my diet plan. I am really impressed with his techniques of training me without any fancy gym equipment at home. His creative ideas around using house hold items as weights to train me proves his frugality.
