Overview

After three decades of working IT Departments, thought I should share my experience. Started as a Corporate Trainer with CMM Level 5 company and have trained more than 2500 freshers.

I am a avid reader, I find that reading, inquisitiveness, and exploration attitudes were absent in most of the students coming out of college.

Their English is found lacking and most of them do not have the courage to face a group.

The people I have trained have always remained in contact with me and have been telling, because of my prodding and encouragement they are doing very well.
