"Very unprofessional trainer, no response on time. Everything is delayed. He had an injury which is okay, but even during that time he didn’t respond at all. Not a proper response any time. Kept me waiting for 2 weeks and then when I asked for refund, he rudely said no. When someone can’t work, they shall either inform the customer that we will specifically start on a certain date but he just kept me hanging or at least refund after cutting money for what was provided. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. "
