I am a yoga trainer.i am giving offline online personal classes.
For me, Yoga is not just a physical exercise, it is a spiritual journey. It deals with physical stress as well as mental health.
I am certified yoga teacher with experience of 4-5 years. I practice Hath yoga, traditional yoga, power yoga, yoga with props, pranayam, chanting etc.

I have helped people to recover from problems like PCOS, PCOD, Sciatica pain, weight loss, insomnia, weight gain, anxiety issues etc. It is very wholesome and overwhelming experience to see people get benefitted from Yoga.
When you change world inside you, it will change world around you. I would love to take you in that journey of healthy mind and body.
