Creating Finite Element Model of aerospace materials using Ansys workbench.
Conducted structural analysis, dynamic analysis, modal analysis for Finite element Model
Study the mechanical properties like, tensile, compression and shear stress using Ansys workbench Validate the results with actual experimental values
Writing reports for summarizing the analysis results and reviewing all project-related analysis results for ensuring the accuracy of project reports
Laboratory Experiment:
Performing studies as related to preparing and developing of piezoelectric Nanocomposite PVDF- TrFE/ZnO and PVDF/PZT composite thin films and conducting various field experiments with different treatments as required by the project.
Analyzing and solving FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) results using Matlab while performing Static, Dynamic and Frequency Response Analysis.
Conducted experiments on real-time applications such as Flapping Wing and Surface Pressure Mapping. Analyzing, summarizing, validating and presenting results, reports for assigned research projects. Regularly reviewing ongoing research in the field for new process & methodologies and preparing analytic data review, Technology transfer protocols & reports.
Proposing, evaluating and developing synthetic routes in the laboratory foInstructed customized CAD lessons and tutorials during theory classes, training workshops and laboratory sessions.
