I start with the basics to educate the client about his/her workout regime and eventually to advance the level of training.
I have my clients whom when I met wanted to maintain a steady weight which was delivered to them gracefully to fit in well in their tuxedos and dresses.
Needless to say, a day to day, hourly routine, helps in getting the terminal result with the right proportion of diet (veg or non veg).
