IdentityI am a strength and conditioning coach with 6+ years of experience training both athletes and the general population. I am certified as NASM certified personal trainer and Clean Health Insitute L1 Strength and Conditioning coach. My training focuses mainly on strength movements and metabolic conditioning. I have had the chance to train athletes from the Indian National Basketball team and athletes from various other sports. The goal of my training would be to make you stronger amd functional for everday life.
I am also a firm believer of buikding a sustainable workout and nutrition that fits into your life without needing to stick to a prescribed diet.
