Using technology (in its various avatars) effectively to promote understanding of the students, give real life examples to give a whole picture of what kids learn. I possess good communication skills, have good ears to listen to, sincere in my preparation, have good organizing skills and above all passionate about what I do. I am approachable by students for whatsoever doubts that may arise in their minds. And not only I engage the kids in learning process, I am a learner myself!
