I had been atheletic all my life but was total skinny, then 3 of years back i decided to completely get into fitness, know more about how our body works, know how nutrition plays important role in our fitness and overall health. And succesfully made my own transformation. And now helping others to get their dream physique, because i believe that if a skinny kid can be a jacked up dude, you too can become from fat to fit, or lean to fit with my experience and knowledge. Apart from that i am a ‘calisthenic athlete’ Calisthenics is a form of physical training where you use your own body weight, and which will help me to tranform you in an easier way, because it can be done anywhere, at home, at park or anywehere else, you dont really need gym to achieve your fitness goals. So ready to transform? Well, its a happiness for me to help someone achieve their fitness goals. I get the same kind of feeling when i had achieved mine. So I’m very passionate about being fit and making people fit, that passion is too strong to explain.
