Why C language is still available in market, while so many & much easier languages are available ?

System programming is still done in C. S/W like device drivers is still done in C. The core Network programming on Linux platforms is still done in C.

what is constructor ?

Constructor has same name as class. It has no return type. It is used to initialize object data. It is called at the time of object creation automatically.
