A national level powerlifter who has played various sports at different levels such as Volleyball at state level and Badminton at the district level. Coming from a sports background I understand the intricacies of training and what are the necessary elements needed in a trainer to bring out the best in a client. I have been in this fitness industry for the past 7 years and I have encountered a huge number of powerlifters and I have been fortunate enough to learn a lot from them and I am still learning. From a beginner who did not like working out to someone who has deadlifted 240kgs and now loves going to the gym, I have learnt a lot in this journey and I wish to train in such a way that you love the process and not worry about the destination. Having been a former corporate software engineer and a avid reader myself, I understand how effective communication and human psychology plays a huge role when starting your fitness journey.
To conclude, I hope to bring a change in this fitness industry and make it as effective, scientific and affordable as possible.
