I have trained persons for more 27 years in different walks of life of many nationality such as indians, pakistanis ,germans, indonesians, philipinos , ukrainains, honduras, for personality development thus balancing their daily life while dealing with coworkers and public.I did impart training while motivating them psychologically for managing stress and keeping away negative thoughts so that they were able to face challenges while managing conflicts . Personality development upgraded their confidence level so they were able to while facing any un favourable situation which may develop unannounced.I do provide advice on one to one basis as every person is unique due to his family back ground and upbringing thus has to stay motivated.I do trust the basic principle of life that failures are part of life.We have to stay motivated so as to over come failures. By good training attitude is changed for way of thinking and one will stop blaming others for his /her failures . Finally it will help you to achieve what you desire by having success in interviews and later during course of employment .
