It is one of the easiest questions to answer because it is all about you and who else knows you better than yourself. What you need to do is write a small note about your self but keeping in mind what you want to say about yourself, how much info is relevant, what is the context, where you are sharing the information, how to to make a positive impact by sharing the information, talking about your success factors, strengths etc. Practice the draft couple of times in front of mirror or with your friend or family members. It is also very important not just what you say it but how you say it ...that makes all the difference.

It's absolutely normal for some people to draw attention by getting angry. Would recommend that she should undergo a behavioral training program that would develop her personality overall by identifying her strengths and helping her overcome her development areas.
