I am friendly to students some times laugh with them but I am strict as well wherever is required. I go as per syllabus and every time when i finish a chapter a take a test of students.Fortnightly I use to take tests to make sure students will score good marks in school tests. I love the most to teach is BIOLOGY. Till now I have learnt as a teacher that we should not force children to run behind ranks we should always keep in mind that students understands what knowledge is being shared, it will help them most. I have my own notes, E books, Images which I use students to explain more about the particular topic. Please call me after 4 PM and I would love to work after this time only for initially 3 to 4 months and after that I am flexible with any time.
