MIT School of Film and Television

The MIT Group of Institutions was established in 1983, under the auspices of the Maharashtra Academy of Engineering Education and Research (MAEER), with the aim of imparting quality education in the field of engineering and technology. Over the last 33 years, MAEER's MIT has garnered a stellar reputation in the field of education.
Recognizing the Indian Film and Television industry's need for qualified, technically competent professionals, MIT has launched its School of Film and Television, with stalwarts from the industry at its helm. The curriculum for all the courses has been designed by acclaimed film-makers who are masters of their discipline. With the illustrious Dr. Jabbar Patel as Chairman, the academic council of MIT SFT reads like a who's who of contemporary Indian film making.
