Job Profile:
•Study of the Project Requirements, Conceptualize and Design the Electrical Controls -Scope Management.
•Prepare Hardware / Software Architecture, Layouts. Seek Customer Approval.
•Plan, Prioritize, Delegate and Execute Design Detailing.
•Continual Review of the Design Documents released and Design Activities with reference to Time Lines.
•Continual Review of the Budgetary Constraints.
•Controls / Software Integration. Detailed hardware design by selection of various automation components.
•“Requirements Sign-off” with Civil and Mechanical Counterpart along with (Electrical Wiring Diagrams, PLC / SCADA Software structure , BOM release, Specification Sheet release, Documentation)

•Designing and Coding the required PLC and SCADA program
•Proving the Application - including System Integration Components and Sub-systems, Customer Equipment Interface
•Provide continuing technical support for the assembly / production /cabling and quality processes. Ensure reliable functionality of the equipment designed by involvement in Assembly and Testing for Successful Installation commissioning .Site Acceptance Test certification by the Satisfied Customer.
•Provide technical support for Sales, Marketing and Service operations relevant to the Customer approved design .
•Project communication including Internal and Customer Kick off Meetings. Building the Team Members’ Competencies.
