Rahul Sudame

Mr. Rahul Sudame is Senior Management Professional and Agile/Scrum expert. He is a proven leader and Project/Program manager in the IT industry. He was Vice President (Corporate) and Director (Programs) at PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter. Rahul is PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation certified.
He is also involved in developing Agile awareness as Chapter Engagement Representative for PMI Agile Community of Practice. He was instrumental in organizing Scrum Gathering July 2013 (Pune), July 2014 (Hyderabad), Agile Tour conference (at Pune/Chennai) and published Agile special edition of “OnTarget” magazine. He has written many articles on Agile and has presented his experiences in many conferences as well. He conducted ‘Agile Innovation Games’ workshop at PMI Asia Pacific Conference in Singapore in July 2013 and PMI North America Leadership Institute Conference in New Orleans, USA in October 2013.
Rahul has been involved in successfully establishing Agile/Scrum practices in multiple organizations from scratch since 2006. It involves assessment of Agile readiness, developing and executing plan for agile adoption and periodic reviews of successful agile implementation. He is currently managing multiple global teams practicing Agile/Scrum and he works on continuous process improvement of Agile environment. He has conducted many workshops (open-house and corporate) and seminars for Agile/Scrum methodology and certification.
