IdentityI am an independent Company Secretary with vast experience of more than 4 years in all streams of corporate law. I specialise in company law, FEMA and labour laws. I have done my apprenticeship with S Adlakha and Associates, a renowned CS firm in Delhi. Since 2010 I worked with Sudit K. Parekh Cross Border Consulting Pvt Ltd, a renowned consulting company, specialising in cross border transactions for almost 3 years. At SKP I have gained a dynamic experience in secretarial and FEMA audits, due diligence, mergers and amalgamations and other secretarial and FEMA matters.
Post my maternity I took a decision to quit SKP. Currently I am working as a freelance Company secretary and also take up freelance teaching assignments. At present I am associated with the The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and have been actively teaching business law to the inter and final students. Having worked in a dynamic work environment, it gives me an added advantage to conduct training and share the practical knowledge with the students.
I am currently looking to associate with company secretary firms on an assignment basis. I am passionate about teaching and would be keen to be associated with institutes offering courses in business studies.
