I have more than 15 years industrial experience in Quality Management, where I have implemented all Quality concepts and tools to improve process and ultimately product quality.
I was engaged with Premiere industries like Cummins India, Hyundai, Manitowoc, etc.
I havve undergone through almost all the trainings related to Quality management tools like SPC, PPAP, FMEA, 7QC Tools, COPQ and many more. To add the list I am a lead auditor for ISO 9001 and implemented in few industries, with that I have provided personal consultancy to few organizations to achieve ISO certification ( where training is one of its part).
I have participated in the training on various personal development subjects like "Awaken the Leader in You", "Managerial Effectiveness", "Breakthrough performance", "Project Management", and many more.
Not only attended the trainings but practicing all the concepts and I have reached to the position of Head Of Dept of QA dept.
Meanwhile I would like to add that I have completed my post graduation i.e. Master of Science - in Quality Management module (MS-QM) from BITS Pilani.
To wrap up I have passion for Quality and coaching to people to improve their performance, well till date I am doing this all for my organization but now with such experience and Education I can coach open house to help society and improve myself as the trainer is always a learner.
