BREAD MAKING-- Baking of fresh home made chemical free breads is an art which can be mastered in this class where you get hands on experience of doing everthing yourself. The correct techniques for kneading the dough is the most important step which cannot be mastered in a demo class so here you actually do it all yourself. You can learn to bake different varieties of breads such as sandwich bread, wheat bread, garlic bread, foccacia bread , dinner rolls ,stuffed buns etc. Individual attention is provided to each student as maximum 3 students admitted in one batch.
