I have been training with Gautam for over two months now and I have seen visible improvements in my strength and skills. He has a great depth of knowledge and experience training people for over two decades and it shows in his teaching style. He has a way of teaching you the skills in a way that you truly learn to do the movements right, target intended muscle groups rather than just doing a set for the sake of it. He is great at recognising your limits and strikes a balance by pushing them where necessary and working within them other times. He brings great energy to the sessions and motivates you just the right way to keep doing more. The biggest factor for me so far has been the fact that I’m a female client and never once have I felt uncomfortable around him in our sessions. He knows exactly how to spot and support while respecting personal space. He is extremely professional yet builds great rapport with his students. He also has training in sports medicine and nutrition and is particularly versed in training seniors. He has also been training both my parents for over a month on zoom and they have also been feeling great about their health goals. I would highly recommend Gautam as a personal trainer to anyone who’s looking for one.
