I became passionate about yoga and fitness at my early age because of my father. After learning yoga from my father I went to Rishikesh to experience yoga in traditional way and to deepen my yoga knowledge. I have been teaching yoga over 5 years and it gives me a satisfaction that I'm able to bring health and joy in people's life with help of yoga. I teach yoga in many styles which is helpful for weight loose, controlling blood pressure, body pain, stress relief, all over fitness and strength, diabetes, insomnia, pcod, poor digestion and many more.
