Can start after 7 years as till then child neuro muscular is not fully developed.

It is advisable to start after 8 year's age, as early as possible. But there is no wrong age to start after 8 under the supervision of a qualified yoga instructor.

have some slow releasing protein food at least b4 one hr frm ur yoga practise .. after tht whn u start your yoga practise tht food will start give u energy .. n during tht yoga practise u need more energy .. thn u`ll not feel drowsy ...

Then main issue is pain in your spine . So asana which is focusing on it useful . Only taking care is bending
your spine backward and forward should be balanced . Bhujanga , Dhanura , nuka , marjara , pawanmukta , ardha slabha . etc helpful

Marjarasana (cat pose and camel pose) must in pregnancy bcz its help in reproductive system and back pain then tadasana , States, janushirasana with the help of towl....and more asana we can do but do this under guidance of yoga instructor.

We have aura or energy body around us. Rolling helps balancing of the aura. You must have of people rolling by going to temples. It is nothing but balancing your energy body. When you are shavasana your energy body is a static state and instead of suddenly getting up it is better you either roll your body and get up or move your legs and hands and then get up.

It depends on every individual, how much he/she devoted & dedicated towards his/her dieseas. I was Diabitic 16 yrs ago but after joining yoga I have controlled my Diabetes without medicines. My Hba1c level remains in Non-Diabitic range i.e. 5.5 .

3 Smaran or Simiran Bhakti : This is were you constantly remember lord vishnu. Very famous example is Prahalad, Dhruv they were constantly doing smaran bhakti.
4 Paad Sevam Bhakti :Very famous example of this Bharat, who did paduka sevan bhakti of shri ram . Also Kevat who did the paad sevan. Also Laxmi ji who is always at shri hari's feet doing seva.
5 Archanam Bhakti : It is were you do the archanam of god with full faith. Shringar decorating the lord.
6 Vandan Bhakti : It is were you constantly do vandan with full faith .Very famous example of Joga ji he use to say bhagvad gita shlok and do danvat pranam and go to temple. There are 700 shlok and he would do that and reach temple. One day a Zamindar was very pleas he gave him a costly silk Uparna . He was very careful not to soil it and in that he reach temple and it was close. He was very sad and he hated himself for forgetting his vandan . He called a farmer and gave the cloth to him and told him please tie my hands to the plough. The farmer did and he told now hit the bullocks with the whip. The farmer hit the bullocks and they started running feriocously and his whole body was totally torn to blood and flesh he was happy and he did all the 700 shlok and reached the temple. That is the Vandan Bhakti.

7 Dasaya Bhakti : The very classic example of dasaya bhakti is Lord Hanuman who was always dasa to shri ram.
8 Sakhaya Bhakti : It is were you are friend to lord. Very famous example is of Krishna and Sudama, Krishna and Arjun .
9 Atma Nivedan. Is were there is no I only YOU the lord supreme. Very famous example of Bali Raja. «less

After asanas you must relax with corpse pose.
It's not a sleeping,its a deep breathing and complete observation of total body.
It gives u complete relaxation and it cools ur body and mind
