Dont pressure at your tummy.dont practice bhujangasana,shalvasana etc.Do bhadrasana,gomukhasana etc

A pregnant women should not take pressure on abdomen. Best is to do Bhadra asan, Veer Bhadra Asan, Prasarita Pad asan without bending., Ardh Hala asan with wall support, this asan will help you to relax your legs and lower back. Do gently Anulom Vilom Pranayama, Bhramari Rechak. Go for your walks. Read good books, listen to soft music such as piano, flute. Good luck

Kirti moderation is recommended because if you do with enthusiasm ,over excitement in few days you will fizzle out. It is like if you want to maintain the hear of water you keep it boiling at a low temperature. If at high it will burn out. So that is why is recommended to be moderate. Daily if possible or at least thrice a week.

Room should be normal and having window where wind came inside and pass from other window. As per Hath Pradipika in Hut , there would be cross window direction which helps fresh air inside hut , use wool or cotton asana for practising is most benefited.

Bikram Yoga may be strenuous for you. It is strenuous for me, so pardon me if I am assuming here. If I were you, I would go for restorative or yin yoga for the first few days and then pick up the practice level from there step by step. Try the Sivananda Yoga sequence. it is very calming and builds strength of the internal organs and overall health without any strains.

We advise only simple way of healthy living i.e., Ashtanga yoga. Stretch you body fully on the floor by concentrating on your breath in supine position. Slowly perform Pachimothanasana
