I mean that physiological level - that is heart, lungs, digestive system, and all other organs, Than physical level - that is hands, legs, face, skin, arms, neck etc, Than come psychological aspect, means mind and behavioral, like depression, anxiety, fear, aggression etc , so yoga controls at one side and promotes other side of a whole personality..

It is common said that if you feel tired after the Yoga session it is clear that either you are doing it wrong or the teacher is doing a mistake in counselling you not in a proper way. yoga sessions make you VIBRANT and not tired.

It dependents on requirement (what type of class you require example therapy class), location (how far the trainer has to travel from his to your place), time slot (peak hrs are bit costly) and lastly the experience of the trainer.

Balenced diet,Take more Vitamin- c,Dont use products which contains more chamicals.
(soaps, shampo). do pranayama, malayam yoga(nails rubbing).
Do yoga asanas which give you relif from stress.

Read Bhagavath Gita or Vishnu Sahasranamam with perfect pronunciation. All the disease will vanish. Take fresh cucumber juice for hypertension. Avoid computer and cell phone games completely which is the root cause of this problem. Also give up TV watching especially during night. Sleep well.
