I am Software Engineer by profession with 4th years of industry experience. I have done B Sc (Computer Science, Maths, Physics) from Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar and after that Master of Computer Applications From IIT Roorkee. What is the keyword used for a class that cnnot be inherited

In Java final is the keyword by which you can't extends any class from final class.In C++ you can acheive the same behaviour with friend keyword, by making class as friend class of a class having priavte constructor.

How do I write a C++ program to read the WeChat head, square the dots per pixel and output the image?

What I understand is, you want to perform certain operation on Image. There are various third party C/C++ library which can offer various API to perform operations on image. Listing some of them, libjpeg, magick++, OpenCV etc...
