"I am always rejecting in my interview because lack of confidence, so what should I do for that??" in   Life Skills Coaching/Soft Skills Training/Personality Development Training

Hi Vishal, There are many ways of confidence management. Two are significant in results. One is preparing your mind to face the situation. And the other is to train yourself behaviorally to face the situation. The second one is much easier and equally effective in making you confident faster than the first one. The second one prepares you non-verbally to get ready for the situation in a few minutes. You might need to get in touch with an expert on non-verbal and behavioural skills to help you better. All the best! Regards Ranjan Kumar

"i want to be a good public speaker but i am bit shy so suggest me better ways to overcome my shyness?" in   Public Speaking Training

Hi Shubham, First up, let me congratulate you for identifying your area of improvement and willing to overcome your personal inhibitions. Remember, you've already done what thousands fail to do. Now, straight to the point. Being shy is human. Accept it and start learning to overcome it the way to learnt to walk as a child. Best and easiest way is to join in circles where public speaking is encouraged and is fun and learning. Find out the nearest chapter of TOASTMASTERS. Find details on internet. Contact them and join the programs. Environment is equally essential as initiative. So build a team of like-minded people and start practicing speaking for one minute on topics which need to express your personal opinion. This should be a good starter. Read a few books on public speaking to understand its dynamics. If you're interested to learn more you can start by reading Dale Carnegie's books on public speaking. Attend workshops and get real-time practice. Need help call me. All the best. Regards Ranjan Kumar

"How can I become motivational speaker." in   Public Speaking Training

Hi, Appreciate your desire to motivate others. Two things that can help you become a motivational speakers are: 1. Develop phenomenal speaking skills 2. Have original content to deliver You probably know that not all motivational speakers succeed in market. Most audience come with a know-it-all attitude. So, you need to be a constant learner yourself to keep yourself abreast with the latest things to be able to give fresh wisdom to the audience. Technology can be your greatest rival. All information is available online. So, what makes you and your content 'fresh' and 'new' is crucial. As far as speaking skills are concerned, you can join the nearest chapter of JCI India or Toastmasters or form your own speaking circle and give what it takes to become an exceptional speaker. Keep building your brand online. You need to announce your arrival. Maintain a record of all speaking engagements and appreciations and protect yourself from falling prey to 'Impostor Syndrome' by building your self esteem. There is a great need for authentic motivational speakers. Do your best and give yourself to this world. All the best!
