IdentityI am a qualified teacher of English and Social Studies (B.Ed in English and Social Studies). I have also taught Management subjects - Marketing and Human Resource Management, Organizational behavior and Soft Skills. .
I have been teaching English since the year 2012 to high school students as well as working professionals. I believe that it is highly important for learners to use the right tools and techniques in language learning.
As I have been dealing with individuals from the ages of 13 upwards, I have gained experience in teaching them with examples that will help them relate to and understand with ease.
Language learning requires the learner to master the four skills of the language viz., reading, writing, speaking and listening. Constant effort to improve in all these facets, combined with a building vocabulary would drastically improve ones language ability.
Communication skills on the other hand, requires mastery of language and non-verbal skills. Non-verbal skills include -body language, gestures and facial expressions. The ease of communication depends on the confidence one has in his language and non-verbal skills. Practice and practicing with the correct tools and techniques would enable progress in ones communication.
