Wondering how ...??? ;) with practice, practice, practice...you can execute flawlessly within 5 seconds very professionally !!! ;) Then start your speech, keep check on alloted time and close your speech on positive note.. Personality Development is a holistic learning process and should account for overall development. I have attended such programs and have benefited a lot. Because of those benefits, I have started my own venture and today I am networking very closely with top Engineering institutions, B-Schools and Corporates in South India. But mere attending training will not help in anyway. It has to be supplemented with lot of practicals and implementations in our day-to-day life. Otherwise, "knowledge without implementation is waste of money, time and resource". Look for at least small implementations and keep baby steps. The journey is amazing !!! Be happy and be successful.

First and foremost is that everything starts from "within" !!! So to become a motivational speaker, first you have to be self-motivated. Next is about practical implementation. If you touch upon a topic, it shouldn't be like a 'preaching' exercise. People always look for someone who has already implemented and want to learn from him/her. Emphasis more on 'practice' than 'preaching' !!! For (e.g.) when you want to motivate someone to go for morning walk/yoga/meditation, first you should have already done it and people should have witnessed you. Because it is always 'Seeing is Believing' !!! Last, sustain what you have planned and implemented !!! It is not about spike, but about continuity what people look for !!!
