Hello I am Shivani Kulshreshtha and by profession, a banker. I have done many courses from Art of Living in which my yoga experience and skills got furnished and enhanced my potential & flexibility. I have started a fitness club at my home where me and my husband practice workouts n yoga followed by mind calming meditations with a few number of our friends joining us early morning n evenings. After a leap of pregnancy, here i am restarting my yoga club. Daily yoga helped my clients remain happy throughout the day, calm and also reduce weight. I personally have reduced 12 kg with practices.Teaching yoga and doing workouts with people is very joy giving task. I don't have a certificate but soon will have, to be a certified instructor n coach. Thank you.
