First two are very challenging fields, and the chances of getting a good job are very high. 

In cloud computing, you should first learn container technologies like Kubernetes etc. Once you get the idea of container technologies, you can start learning Azure Cloud or Amazon or Google Cloud solutions.

Also, You can go for DevOps or CICD development chains.

In Machine learning, you can first start learning concepts. Once your concepts are clear, you can then begin to learning tools using which you can do machine learning programming using APIs available in various programming platforms like Python, Java, .NET etc.

Mobile development field is very vast, and you can start developing small applications using Android or iOS platforms.

In cloud computing, you should first learn Kubernetes. Once you got a grip in it, you can take fundamentals courses in Azure Cloud or Amazon Cloud or Google Cloud. Select one at a time.

It depends upon what you want to in the bank. If you're going to enter as a software developer, then you should do any programming language-related course plus cloud computing fundamentals and advance courses. 

You can also prepare yourself with mobile development in iOS or Android. Additionally, you can learn cybersecurity-related courses that can help you in software development. Also, you can go for Agile software development methodologies and design pattern related courses which are nowadays very important in IT field.

As you stated, it's a lockdown corona time it will help—the only thing you need to consider that you take tution from some experienced tutor. You haven't mentioned in which subject you need a tution.
