Dear Sharad, Go back to your childhood. As a child, when you were on the mat, people were crisscrossing and making their own sounds. You never understood anything, and you heard just sounds. Did it stop you? You started imitating sounds, and when people applauded and laughed with you, you felt encouraged,... ...more

Go back to your childhood. As a child, when you were on the mat, people were crisscrossing and making their own sounds. You never understood anything, and you heard just sounds. Did it stop you? You started imitating sounds, and when people applauded and laughed with you, you felt encouraged, and you started making more noises. Then you started making words and then sentence. So, first, get rid of the feeling of a sense of shame. Listen as much as you can, and imitate the sounds. This is the same way when you start singing your favourite songs. You don't understand the lyrics, but you start humming and later with repeated practice you fine-tune it. Then comes the lyrics. What is important is you never stopped practising. I hope this answer satisfies you and meets your expectation.
