Therefore, we can say that the French language is over a thousand years old.

From the 17th century onward, the language transitioned into Early Modern French (français moderne), which eventually developed into the standard French we use today.

These languages, such as Gaulish, Frankish, and Gallo-Romance, contributed to the linguistic heritage that ultimately shaped the French language we know today.

No, Thai is not a French language. Thai is the official language of Thailand and belongs to the Tai-Kadai language family. It is a tonal language that uses its own unique script.
