As correctly said by fellow answer persons your first priority now should be focus on exams.But I also truly understand the dilemma in your mind when frnds have already planned the future and we are on the fence of where to go and what to prefer??.
No worries, future is yet to come and will be deicided by our present efforts , simply focus on your studies so that u excel in exams with ocean of opportunities ahead rather than dreaming for future and wandering...be smart and focus.
Eventually you will get what attracts you the most amongst these subjects and can plan ur future with.
