Mobile Repairing

"I have experience of two times with KT mobiles. First time my Redmi display was broken which I got repaired at KT mobiles. They handed over me phone after sticking the display corners with tape. The next morning I noticed that there was a minor crack starting automatically from bottom. I revisited the store after calling. They assured that if my reason is found to be genuine, they will replace the same but didn't do saying that display supplier is refusing and telling that it is broken by customer (by me). They showed me sympathy and told that we are unable to help me. I also got convinced. My screen crack automatically extended from one end corner to whole display gradually in a week. After 3 months, I visited again to get my Lenovo K8 plus screen replaced. I handed over them and they committed me to update the status of chargeable money by 2 pm and if I confirm, they will fix the same by 4 pm. They gave me invoice on which their 3 landline nos. were indicated. When I started calling them at 3, phone was not received repeadetedly. I then searched the contact no. from Just dial which was finally picked and I was told that they will update me the status by 7 pm. They again stucked me. I told him that I have important job to do in evening and I will not be able to come. I told them if you had committed that at 4 pm your supposed to hand over my phone, you had to do. He replied arrogantly saying that you can take your phone back from the shop right now without getting repaired. "
