"It is very insightful and informative one, I can say in one word it's speechless. Today's the learning process in many institutions have become as a business to come in class n just learn some of the thing's no one of the teachers are concentrating on mini barriers or macro but here the high level of training is provided with lots of task and retention and many more so from my view in future I will suggest my kids also for IIPD . respected sir is very amazing, understanding, He is very humble, polite for solving or asking for solutions. "I have joined IIPD 3 months back in Nov 2019. I can see positive changes into me. I feel stress free despite difficulties in life, I feed positive and motivated. Due to IIPD it help me to build my self confidence and self believe. Padmanabh Sir teaching style is awesome. Sir always try to explain things in simple and effective way. Sir, having unique style of teaching they never use of any kind of notes or power point presentation in their session still it's very effective. "Before sharing my experience I want to say thanks to Padmanabh sir. I joined IITM last month but within one and half month I able to speak more than 15 m in front of others. Due to his training my confidence level is increased. Before joining IITM I unable to speak Infront of others due to lack of confidence and stage fear but by understanding my issue sir has designed training module specially for me which in result I can speaking very confidently.
