Find x,y values 2x+3y=6,4x+3y=9?

Given equations are 2x + 3y=6 ---------(1) 4x + 3y=9 ---------(2) Subtracting eqn.(1) from eqn.(2), we get 2x=3 => x = 3/2. By substituting x = 3/2 in (1) or (2) , we get y = 1.
