Teaching Experience in detail in Yoga Classes
I started sharing the knowledge of Yoga to family and friends in around 2013. Eventually after completing (900 hrs) Advanced Teacher's Training Course at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, I became a Certified Yoga Instructor and started teaching at a few resorts in Goa to Indian & non-Indian tourists. Meanwhile, I was also conducting Yoga sessions at home for about 7 to 8 months. This gave me a good experience to develop excellent command over instructions and to maintain a positive, safe and healthy class environment. I follow a grounded, mindful and meditative yet strong practice in every class focusing more on physical alignment and relaxation. My students include everyone over 12 years of age. Also I have conducted classes for people with special conditions like Diabetes, Asthma and Weight Loss Programme. Each class includes a mindful practice of Asana's (bodily postures), Dhyaan (relaxation) and Pranayama (breathing practices) with a holistic approach to complete well being. Currently I do classes at my residence in Surat, Gujarat.
